Lauren graduated with a First-Class Law Degree and has built an impressive career within residential and commercial property matters. Lauren worked within established law firms handling conveyancing transactions and managing property files from instruction through to completion.

Her attention to detail helps ensure transactions move smoothly and efficiently from offer to completion.

James brings a unique blend of legal, executive and property expertise.

Before founding Gent Properties, James worked for the largest Estate Agency in the industry, completed his Law Degree, worked as a Barristers Clerk and eventually worked up to serve as Chief Executive of a Barristers Chambers. Building on his legal and business background, he trained extensively within property law and alongside Gent Properties now works as a Consultant Legal Advisor with a Solicitors firm specialising in residential conveyancing and private client matters.
